About the Role

The role involves supporting the Legal & Secretarial function in ensuring compliance under the Companies Act, SEBI, and FEMA regulations. As a Sr. Associate, you’ll be part of a team that ensures we do the right things, the right way, every single time. This role is perfect for someone who loves structure but also enjoys solving challenges with creativity and ownership.

What you will do

  • Assist the Secretarial team in ensuring the Statutory & Regulatory Compliances under Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA and other applicable laws and regulations.
  • Drafting of Board, Committees, General Meeting Agenda and Minutes of the Meeting
  • Assistance in preparation of statutory reports viz Director’s Report, Annual Reports and other governance documents etc.
  • Assisting in convening the Board Meetings, General Meetings, Committee Meetings of the Company & its Subsidiaries.
  • Handling the quarterly, half yearly and annual Audits, Shareholders matters and dealing with RTA & Depositories.
  • Coordination with internal & external stakeholders

What you will need

  • Qualified Company Secretary with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in listed company secretarial matters.
  • Hands-on experience in IPO readiness, due diligence, corporate governance, and compliance practices.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Companies Act 2013, SEBI regulations, and FEMA regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight timelines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Prior experience in M&A will be preferred.
