About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – HR to manage and optimize our HRMS platform (preferably Zoho People), leverage data for people insights, and champion the use of Generative AI tools in HR. This role requires strong analytical abilities, technical orientation, and a passion for digital transformation within HR operations.
What you will do:
- HRMS Management (Zoho People Preferred)
- Manage end-to-end configuration, workflows, and modules on Zoho People (or similar HRMS platforms).Serve as the HRMS subject matter expert and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for enhancements and issue resolution.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of employee lifecycle data (onboarding, movements, exits, etc.).
- Maintain system hygiene and data integrity across modules including attendance, leaves, performance, and compliance.
- HR Data & Analytics
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track HR metrics (e.g., attrition, headcount, leave trends, onboarding TATs).
- Translate complex datasets into meaningful insights for decision-making and leadership consumption.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and other functions to identify data trends and provide actionable solutions.
- AI & Automation in HR
- Explore and implement Generative AI tools (like ChatGPT, Leena AI, etc.) to enhance HR efficiencies in documentation, FAQs, and employee experience.
- Work on use cases to automate manual HR processes and improve self-service adoption among employees.
- Stay updated with the latest HR tech trends and bring innovation into daily HR operations.
What do we want
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations, HRMS (Zoho People experience is a strong plus).
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
- knowledge of analytics tools like Power BI, Zoho Analytics, or Tableau is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to or interest in using Gen AI tools in HR contexts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
