About Leena AI

Leena AI is an enterprise agentic AI platform that ships pre-built, pre-trained, and pre-integrated "AI Colleagues" for the back office. Our flagship product, AI Colleague Studio, deploys autonomous AI colleagues that handle HR, IT, and finance workflows for the world's largest enterprises. We grew nearly 4x last year and are backed by top-tier investors. We've been named a Gartner Leader three years running and today we power 20M+ employees across 500+ global enterprises.

Enterprise AI is being adopted faster than any prior wave of software. This role puts you at the center of how that demand gets built.

The role

You own Leena AI's entire demand engine, reporting to the Head of Marketing. Your OKR is pipeline generated. You control the full deployed marketing budget and are accountable for what it produces.

You're a peer to the VP of Product Marketing (who owns brand, positioning, website, analyst relations, and sales enablement). SDRs sit in Sales Development, a separate function. You partner closely with both but own your engine, your budget, and your number.

What you own

  • Pipeline Model & Budget Own the pipeline target and the model behind it — channel mix, spend allocation, conversion rates, stage-by-stage targets.
  • Paid Media LinkedIn, Google, SEO, Reddit, and any channel that earns its place on ROI.
  • ABM Campaigns Design and run account-based programs targeting named enterprise accounts. Own account selection and tiering, campaign strategy per segment (1:1, 1:few, 1:many), the content and creative stack behind each program, orchestration across paid, email, direct mail, and sales plays, and account-level conversion tracking and pipeline attribution. Work with Sales and Product Marketing to align target account lists and ensure messaging lands.
  • Content & Inbound Own the content programs that drive inbound traffic and website conversion: webinars, newsletters, syndication programs, gated assets, SEO content, and blog. Responsible for editorial calendar, production cadence, distribution strategy, and conversion optimization from visit to MQL.
  • Field Marketing Tradeshows, industry conferences, hosted dinners, and regional events. Plan, execute, measure.
  • Marketing Operations Lead routing, scoring, lifecycle management, campaign ops, and data hygiene. The operational backbone that makes everything else work.
  • Martech & Lead-Gen Stack Own the full tech stack required to generate, capture, enrich, and route demand.
  • Marketing Analytics Multi-touch attribution, funnel analytics, cohort and channel ROI, CAC and payback by source. Build the reporting that tells the truth and use it to make every budget decision. If a dashboard doesn't exist, build it.
  • Team Inherit a partial team and build out the rest. Scope roles, hire operators, set people up to own their domains.

What we're looking for

  • Pipeline track record : You've personally owned a demand number and hit it, at scale, with real budget behind it.
  • 8–12 years in demand gen / growth Senior demand generation, growth, or performance marketing roles at high-growth B2B SaaS companies — ideally enterprise. You've run multi-channel paid, owned a martech stack, and managed a meaningful budget end-to-end.
  • People leader 3+ years managing marketers and operators directly. You hire well, develop fast, and can build a function from zero.
  • Analytically rigorous You live in CAC, payback, attribution, and conversion by stage and source. You build models from scratch, interrogate data, and reallocate spend based on evidence.
  • ABM experience You've run account-based programs at enterprise scale — tiered account lists, multi-channel orchestration, account-level measurement.
  • AI builder, not just AI user You build with LLMs and AI tools — enrichment automations, programmatic content, attribution dashboards, campaign-ops scripts. You go from "we need this" to a working prototype without filing an engineering ticket. You hold your team to the same standard.
  • Peer-level operator You can sit across from a VP of Sales or Biz Ops, push back where needed, and drive alignment through clarity and results.
  • Builder mentality You don't wait for a playbook. You see a gap, build the solution, ship it. Speed over polish.

At Leena AI, we build with AI daily. For this role, that means:

  • Using LLMs for campaign copy, ad variants, ICP research, competitive analysis, and SEO content — then applying judgment to sharpen the output.
  • Building martech integrations, enrichment pipelines, lead routing, and reporting with tools like Claude Code or Cursor — no engineering dependency.
  • Automating CRM hygiene, lead scoring, campaign QA, spend reporting, and attribution with AI-powered scripts.
  • Running content and creative at higher volume and velocity than traditional agency cycles allow.
  • Holding every team member to the same standard — everyone builds with AI.

We evaluate AI fluency rigorously during the interview process.
