| Location: JakartaWe’re looking for a data-driven and business-minded analyst with strong project management skill to join our Business Development team in the Food & Beverage sector. You’ll turn numbers and market insights into strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and innovation for food and merchandise categories for Kopi Kenangan brand across Indonesia. You’ll be part of a dynamic, fast-growing F&B group where your insights directly shape brand strategy, market growth, and customer experience. Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics or related.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or business development in a fast-paced FMCG, F&B, or retail environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skills which include tracking and updating the leadership team
- Proficient in Excel and data interpretation
- Familiarity with POS data a plus
- Experienced in coordinating cross-functional projects or product launches
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Curious, detail-oriented, and commercially savvy with a passion for the F&B industry.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales, outlet performance, and customer data to uncover trends and opportunities for the categories responsible for.
- Support new business or business development initiatives, including vendors sourcing, negotiation as well as contract negotiations down to tracking the new product production, supply chain management and eventual new product launch.
- Evaluate store performance metrics regards to categories in-charged of such as revenue per outlet, table turnover, food cost percentage, and profitability.
- Identify under-performing products, outlets, or time periods, and recommend actionable strategies for improvement.
- Conduct market and competitor research to guide pricing, promotions, and menu strategy.
- Prepare financial models, feasibility studies, and ROI analyses for proposed projects or investments.
- Assist in partner/vendor evaluations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and profitability targets.
- Build dashboards, forecasts, and financial models to support data-driven decision making.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support marketing campaigns, promotions, and business initiatives.
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and R&D teams to analyze menu performance and product profitability and optimize business performance.
