Kenangan Brands is a fast-growing F&B company with an established presence in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, and India. We are looking for a dedicated Facilities Technician to ensure the performance and reliability of our Coffee machines and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems across our store network.
Location: Bogor (with travel to store locations as needed)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Holds a diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Engineering-related fields.
  • Has hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting coffee machines, electrical systems, and plumbing in a commercial or retail environment. Experience in the F&B industry is an advantage.
  • Understands safety standards and regulatory compliance in technical maintenance work.
  • Possesses strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with both technical teams and store operations staff.
  • Detail-oriented, responsive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast- paced environment.
  • Willing to travel frequently to store locations as required.

Job Role:

  • Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on coffee machines and MEP systems to ensure smooth operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related issues quickly and effectively to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with store teams and internal departments to respond to maintenance requests and provide technical support.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance, servicing, repairs, and equipment installations.
  • Assist in the setup, installation, and commissioning of coffee machines and MEP systems in new and existing store locations.
  • Keep up to date with developments in equipment technology and recommend improvements where applicable.
