RESPONSIBILITIES

    We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Operations professionals. If you are someone who enjoys working with data, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows your way around excel - we'd love to meet you!

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related fields
    • Fresh degree with internship experience are welcome
    • 1-3 years of experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
    • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
    • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
    • Independent, resourceful, and a strong team player

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and update daily sales, inventory and stock data at stores
    • Pull and consolidate reports from systems
    • Perform data reporting using Microsoft Excel
    • Ensure stock accuracy through coordination with warehouse and sales teams
    • Liaise with internal teams to follow up on stock discrepancies, order status, and delivery issues.
    • Create and manage Purchase Requisitions accurately and timely
    • Prepare documentation for audits and reviews
