We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Operations professionals. If you are someone who enjoys working with data, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows your way around excel - we'd love to meet you!
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related fields
- Fresh degree with internship experience are welcome
- 1-3 years of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Independent, resourceful, and a strong team player
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update daily sales, inventory and stock data at stores
- Pull and consolidate reports from systems
- Perform data reporting using Microsoft Excel
- Ensure stock accuracy through coordination with warehouse and sales teams
- Liaise with internal teams to follow up on stock discrepancies, order status, and delivery issues.
- Create and manage Purchase Requisitions accurately and timely
- Prepare documentation for audits and reviews
