Degree holder in FoodScience/ Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field.
Posses 9-10 years of working experience in QA field, preferable from Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
Proven experience in managing a team.
Hands on experience in audit preparation and audit management, both internal & external.
Ability to develop and enforce SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Familiar in handling multiple various stakeholders both internal and external, include foreigners (if any).
Strong leadership and team management.
Problem-solving mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Willing to travel.

Create and/ or develop quality plans and programs related with Quality, Halal, and Food Safety standard as per required regulations such as BPOM, Ministry of Health, Public Health Office (Dinas Kesehatan), BPJPH, Perindungan Konsumen, etc.
Set requirements for raw material, packaging, process, equipment, etc. for suppliers and monitor their compliance.
Reinforce and ensure Quality, Halal and Food Safety policies and SOPs implemented at stores level and other relevant functions contributed for Quality, Halal and Food Safety requirements.
Hands on in handling and investigation for customers complaints related with Quality, Halal and Food Safety issues.
Gather feedback from customers and the stakeholders to be assessed for Quality development/ improvements.
Define and review suppliers documents, ensure Kenangan Brands’ requirements are met refer to the Quality, Halal and Food Safety and its compliance.
Provide training to Quality team and Store Operations team as well as providing guidance and feedback.
Create and present QA performance report periodically, and also provide recommendation.
Lead,direct, and develop team members.
