The Opportunity
As Iru continues to grow, we’re bringing on a Contract GTM Recruiter who’s energized by building in real time. You’ll drive full-cycle hiring across our GTM org, partner with sharp leaders, and play a meaningful role in shaping our talent engine during an exciting growth phase. If you’re scrappy, strategic, and love a good challenge, this one’s for you.
What You'll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles from intake to offer
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and build aligned hiring plans
Source, engage, and nurture high-caliber talent through outbound strategies, platforms, and networking
Manage candidate pipelines with urgency and consistency
Conduct structured interviews and provide thoughtful, actionable evaluation notes
Drive a polished candidate experience that reflects Iru’s culture and onsite Miami environment
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure seamless coordination
Track and report key recruiting metrics
Maintain process consistency across ATS workflows
Flex quickly as priorities shift—supporting new searches, refining processes, and filling urgent roles as needed
What You'll Bring
At least 3 years of experience recruiting for business roles in a B2B SaaS environment
Proven track record of success in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for sales, marketing, customer success, and similar teams
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including hiring managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders
Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions
