The Opportunity
We are excited to be hiring a Paid Search Manager to drive high-intent lead generation, self-service revenue, and pipeline efficiency through search advertising. As a key member of the Growth & Experience team, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and scaling paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and Performance Max.
Reporting directly to the Head of Growth & Experience, you will work closely with the Product team, Paid Social, Lifecycle Marketing, and SEO to ensure seamless demand generation across paid and organic acquisition channels. We are looking for a data-driven marketer who excels in search intent mapping, bid strategy optimization, and full-funnel performance measurement.
How You Will Make a Difference Day to Day
- Develop and execute a paid search strategy focused on high-intent lead generation, trial signups, and pipeline acceleration.
- Own Google Ads & Microsoft Ads (Bing) campaigns, including Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube.
- Optimize search intent targeting, ensuring alignment between keywords, ad copy, and landing pages to maximize Quality Score and lead efficiency.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Paid Social, Lifecycle, and SEO to ensure holistic acquisition and lead nurturing.
- Analyze paid search performance to identify trends, optimize bidding strategies, and improve CAC payback periods.
- Implement structured testing frameworks (A/B & multivariate) to refine ad copy, bidding strategies, and keyword segmentation.
- Develop and refine Performance Max campaigns, leveraging AI-driven automation to scale demand efficiently.
- Collaborate with Sales & RevOps to ensure CRM lead tracking (HubSpot, Apollo) and optimize for MQL > SQL > Closed-Won efficiency.
- Run conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives, improving landing pages, form fills, and post-click experiences.
- Monitor competitive landscapes and adjust strategy based on rival bidding trends, impression share shifts, and emerging platform capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in paid search marketing, with a focus on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and Performance Max.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline growth through search, optimizing for MQLs, SQLs, and revenue impact.
- Expertise in bid strategy optimization, including tCPA, tROAS, Max Conversions, and manual bidding strategies.
- Strong understanding of keyword intent mapping, search funnel alignment, and Quality Score optimization.
- Experience managing budgets efficiently, ensuring high ROAS and optimized CAC payback.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, lifecycle marketing, paid social, and SEO to align paid search with holistic growth efforts.
- Bias for impact, prioritizing initiatives that drive meaningful improvements in acquisition and revenue.
- Required to work onsite in our Miami (Coral Gables) office 5x a week.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with PLG-driven SaaS businesses, optimizing self-serve conversion funnels.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) platforms like Demandbase, 6sense, or Metadata.
- Proficiency in integrating paid social efforts with HubSpot, Apollo, and sales automation workflows.
- Understanding of multi-touch attribution, customer journey analytics, and conversion tracking for longer B2B sales cycles.
