About the role
As an Enterprise Partnerships Director you will play a crucial role in forming and growing long term enterprise relationships with commercial property landlords, fund managers and real estate agencies; driving rapid revenue growth by selling subscriptions to our suite of building and portfolio level solutions. This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne, reports to the Head of Partnerships, and works closely with the CEO in driving success for your assigned book of customer accounts.
You will
- Activate, engage, and grow enterprise accounts through proactive relationship building and lead generation.
- Create and implement account growth plans alongside the CEO/VP Sales to deepen customer relationships and increase our Stack subscription base.
- Partner with the Customer Success teams to oversee product engagement, up-sell opportunities, and renewals for enterprise accounts.
- Drive demand and brand awareness by participating in industry and thought leadership events.
- Achieve quarterly revenue targets by selling new Stack subscriptions and growing annual recurring revenue (ARR) through commercial relationships.
About You
- Around 8+ years of experience in an enterprise sales, business development or account management role with a SaaS product. Ideally you have worked within real estate and come with a knowledge of the landscape, opportunities & key players.
- Excellent negotiation skills, ability to problem solve and mitigate risks
- Persistence & patience: You have the ability to see through complex sales cycles, negotiate & ultimately close deals
- A strategic approach to prioritization, planning and time management. Priorities change quickly at Inspace. We need you to anticipate, adapt, and help us focus on the things that matter.
- Product focus: You have worked with complex software products and are a sharp thinker and a quick study. You will go deep in our product, knowing its potential,limits and how it can better serve our partners
- A deep, pre-existing network of senior contacts and decision makers within the property is considered as a significant advantage for this role
- Confident and comfortable presenting product demos to new and existing clients
- Ability to work and manage tasks independently with little to no guidance, as well as collaboratively as part of a team when required
