Innovaccer
About Your Role
Innovaccer is expanding its Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Services portfolio to deliver AI-enabled, transformation-led financial performance improvement for healthcare organizations. As a Senior Manager – RCM Transformation & Solutions, you will partner with enterprise sales and growth leadership to assess revenue cycle performance, design operational improvement programs, and shape tech-enabled managed services solutions — translating complex revenue cycle challenges into structured, outcome-based transformation programs that drive measurable financial impact for our clients.
A Day in the Life
- Lead structured revenue cycle diagnostics spanning front-end operations (eligibility, prior auth), mid-cycle processes (coding, charge capture), and back-end operations (denials, AR management), delivering financial opportunity sizing models and transformation readiness assessments.
- Analyze AR aging reports, denial trends, and net collection rates to identify financial leakage, quantify improvement potential, and build 12–24 month financial impact projections.
- Partner with the Managing Director to design phased operational improvement roadmaps — including workflow redesign, denial prevention frameworks, and KPI governance recommendations — across 90–180–365 day horizons.
- Assist in structuring transformation-led service offerings including end-to-end managed services, modular service bundles, and automation-enabled delivery models in collaboration with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams.
- Support enterprise sales pursuits ($5M+) by preparing executive-level presentations, building ROI and EBITDA impact models, and participating in discovery workshops and RFP responses.
- Build and maintain financial models to estimate impact from denial reduction, AR improvement, productivity gains, revenue integrity initiatives, and automation-enabled efficiencies.
- Provide cross-functional field insights that inform service packaging and automation priorities alongside Enterprise Sales, Delivery Operations, and Product teams.
