About the Role


We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Medicaid Analytics & Federal Reporting portfolio. This role owns the strategy and execution of enterprise Medicaid reporting and analytics capabilities, including federal submissions, regulatory data frameworks, and modernized dashboards that support program oversight.

Deep expertise in federal reporting, including Transformed Medicaid Statistical Information System (T-MSIS) and related CMS requirements is essential. At the same time, this role will help evolve our Medicaid analytics beyond traditional file-based reporting by strengthening how insights are delivered through interactive dashboards, validation workflows, leveraging advanced technologies.

The ideal candidate combines strong Medicaid subject matter expertise with a product mindset focused on scalable, configurable analytics solutions. This includes modernizing how compliance reporting, program performance metrics, and oversight dashboards are structured, automated, and surfaced to support data-driven decision making.

This role is product-focused and delivery-accountable, partnering closely with engineering, data, and implementation teams to ensure compliant, audit-ready releases while advancing a durable, forward-looking analytics platform.

A Day in the Life

  • Product strategy and roadmap for Medicaid analytics, dashboards, and federal reporting capabilities.
  • Regulatory productization of federal reporting requirements, including: Transformed Medicaid Statistical Information System (T-MSIS), CMS-64, CMS-32.
  • Design of enterprise dashboard frameworks across enrollment, claims, financials, managed care oversight, and program performance.
  • Translation of CMS guidance and state reporting requirements into scalable, configurable product capabilities.
  • Cross-domain Medicaid data modeling requirements spanning eligibility, claims, managed care, provider, pharmacy, and financial data.
  • Governance of data quality and pre-submission validation strategies.
  • Regulatory change management (rule updates, versioning, backward compatibility).
  • Alignment of roadmap with implementation realities and reporting cycles.
  • Delivery accountability for compliant, audit-ready releases across DDI and operations.

What You Need

  • 8+ years of experience in Medicaid reporting and analytics, including 3+ years in a product management role.
  • Direct experience with federal Medicaid reporting frameworks, particularly T-MSIS.
  • Strong understanding of Medicaid program operations (eligibility, claims, managed care, financial reporting).
  • Experience designing or leading enterprise dashboards or performance analytics solutions.
  • Experience operating within EDW/DSS or enterprise reporting platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate regulatory requirements into structured product requirements.
  • Experience working in compliance-sensitive, audit-driven environments.
  • Proven ability to partner with engineering and implementation teams to deliver on regulatory timelines.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with CMS-64 financial reporting processes
  • Multi-state Medicaid implementation exposure
  • Familiarity with managed care encounter data validation
  • Experience modernizing reporting and dashboard workflows using automation, APIs, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled capabilities
