About the Role
The Analyst – Implementation Transformation is responsible for redesigning the process of implementing products at scale. This role focuses on standardization, automation governance, and repeatability across Customer Solutions, eliminating fragmented, manual workflows and replacing them with predictable, scalable implementation models.
A Day in the Life
Key Responsibilities
Implementation Architecture & Standardization
● Design and operationalize standardized implementation frameworks for new and existing products
● Build scalable implementation playbooks across SKUs, configuration standards, and guardrails that ensure consistent outcomes across customers
● Eliminate one-off, bespoke implementation approaches by defining reusable patterns
Automation & Tooling Enablement
● Identify manual, error-prone steps across ingestion, validation, and implementation workflows
● Translate delivery friction into automation, platform, and tooling requirements
● Drive adoption of internal tools and other capabilities across teams that drive efficiency
● Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure automation is embedded into the product, not layered externally
Scaling
● Own pilot initiatives for new implementation workflows,
● Define success metrics, evaluate results, and scale successful pilots into standard operating models
● Ensure learnings are codified into playbooks, tooling, and self-service assets
● 2-4 years in implementation transformation, delivery enablement, or platform enablement roles
● Strong understanding of data ingestion, validation, and implementation workflows (healthcare or SaaS preferred)
● Experience driving automation and standardization in complex, cross-functional environments
● Systems thinker who focuses on how work scales, not how tasks are tracked
