About the Role
As an L2/L3 engineer, you will manage and optimize a high-performance hybrid infrastructure. You will bridge the gap between Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop environments and modern cloud ecosystems like AWS (EC2, S3) and Azure. By leveraging Python, PowerShell, and Bash, you will automate complex workflows, ensuring our network is secure, scalable, and resilient.
What You Need
- Optimize Cloud Performance: Manage AWS EC2 instances and S3 buckets alongside Azure resources to ensure high availability.
- Master Citrix & Networking: Administer XenApp/XenDesktop 7.x and NetScaler appliances (load balancing, gateway, policies).
- Automate Everything: Use Python, PowerShell, and Bash to reduce manual overhead and drive operational excellence.
- Lead Support: Act as the L2/L3 escalation point for complex Citrix, network, and Windows server issues.
What You Will Do
● Experience: 5+ years in IT infrastructure.
● Tech Stack: Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktops, NetScaler, Windows Server, Active Directory, and DNS/DHCP.
● Cloud & Virtualization: Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure and VMware/Hyper-V.
● Scripting: Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
● Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for a collaborative 24/7 environment
