About the Role

Innovaccer seeks a Software Development Engineer-III (Backend) to collaborate with engineers in creating exceptional product experiences that address customer pain points.

A Day in the Life

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leads to define technical solutions and deliver quality software.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor engineers to enhance continuous improvement.
Optimize performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure system reliability.
Contribute to the architecture and development of scalable and maintainable backend services.

What You Need

B.E., B.Tech., or Master in Computer Science or related field.
6+ years of experience in software product development.
Experience in software development, preferably with Python and microservices.
Experience with frameworks such as FastAPI or Django.
Strong experience with cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of GenAI, NLP, MLOps, and Agentic AI.
Experience delivering customer-facing engineering and AI solutions.
Strong experience with RDBMS and NoSQL technologies like Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch.
Familiarity with software release processes and A/B experiments.
