About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Partner Development Manager to join our Global Alliances team in Noida, India. This is a high-impact individual contributor role critical to the success of large-scale implementations of Innovaccer’s Gravity platform, led or supported by Value Added Resellers ( VARs ) & Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) partners.


A Day in the Life

  • The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in delivery management, stakeholder coordination, and risk mitigation, and will work closely with the GSI as well as with the VAR partners to ensure effective project execution.
  • This role supports global implementations, requiring flexible work hours and frequent collaboration across time zones.
  • You will act as a trusted liaison between Innovaccer and our partners, ensuring readiness for delivery and enabling the effective adoption of Innovaccer’s Gravity platform and its features, thereby driving high-quality execution that leads to successful customer outcomes.
  • The role demands proactive leadership, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders to deliver value.
  • As a Partner Development Manager, your role will be to ensure the readiness and quality of our Global System Integrator (GSI) as well as the VAR ( Value-added reseller ) partners' delivery practices.
  • Cross-pollinate ideas and collaborate with internal and partner teams, while ensuring coordination of business development and process rigor initiatives to elevate perceived customer value.
  • Develop and deliver a cohesive business development strategy to identify and advance new joint Go-To-Market opportunities, driving growth and impact.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners to help Innovaccer achieve its business goals, planning and maintaining internal/external operational excellence, while improving Innovaccer’s market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership Lifecycle Management
    • Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle:
      • Contract negotiation (MSAs, SOWs), pricing strategy (license + services bundles), legal reviews, and SLA enforcement.
    • Develop strategic alliance roadmaps & governance cadence:
      • Joint business plans, revenue targets (ARR), co-selling pipelines, and ecosystem expansion opportunities.
      • Quarterly business reviews (QBRs), executive briefings, and performance dashboards tracking KPIs (certifications, implementations, NPS).
  • Channel Sales & GTM Execution
    • Build and execute a channel sales strategy:
      • Identify Gravity opportunities in partner pipelines, qualify these opportunities by deploying the BANT framework, and drive joint pursuits thereafter.
    • Co-sell with partners:
      • Coordinate Innovaccer sales/pre-sales, shape deal strategies, negotiate pricing/models, and close high-value transformations.
  • Partner Enablement
    • Maintain partner alignment and readiness for planned engagements by leading readiness assessments and addressing capability gaps to ensure optimal preparedness.
    • Facilitate the onboarding of new partners and teams, while contributing to the development of scalable enablement programs to enhance partner capability.
    • Enable partner understanding and adoption of new features of the Gravity platform, including organization and support for enablement or marketing events.
    • Act as a single point of contact for strategic GSI relationships: Build C-suite trust, facilitate co-creation workshops, and drive co-build cadence on Gravity.
  • Operational Rigor
    • Track and report on partner performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic investment decisions
    • Implement partner governance models to improve delivery quality, reduce risks, and enable seamless collaboration
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between partners and with the Innovaccer Gravity teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
    • Coach implementation partners on Innovaccer’s delivery framework, ensuring consistent use of implementation methodologies and best practices
  • Partner Ecosystem & Capability Development
    • Drive partner capability building:
      • Center of Excellence setup, certification roadmaps via Innovaccer 9.8 Academy, quarterly Gravity bootcamps, and training deployment.
    • Deploy ecosystem benefits:
      • Joint marketing (PR/events), sales collateral, sandbox/beta access, roadmap influence, and dedicated technical support.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record and minimum 4 years managing channel sales, partner ecosystem management, strategic alliances, or GSI partnerships within SaaS/technology companies and platform-based solutions (data/AI preferred)
  • Deep understanding of partnership lifecycle: NDA, Contract management (MSAs/SOWs), pricing strategy, legal coordination, and SaaS procurement cycles
  • Experience in GSI partner programs: Tiered structures, co-selling models, enablement frameworks, and ecosystem orchestration
  • Healthcare technology sector experience or healthcare IT background preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) for pipeline management and partner tracking
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to co-create solutions and influence without authority
  • Excellent negotiator with proven convincing skills for deal closure and relationship building
  • Outstanding presentation skills for C-suite QBRs, executive briefings, and alliance storytelling
  • Multinational experience, including communication skills across cultural differences, time zones, and diverse teams.
