The Clinical Analyst supports the implementation, optimization, and ongoing performance of a clinical technology platform. This role focuses on analyzing clinical data, configuring and validating clinical workflows and protocols, and ensuring successful go-lives and adoption across care management programs. The Clinical Analyst partners with clinical, product, and operations teams to translate clinical and operational insights into actionable platform enhancements that improve care delivery and outcomes.

Clinical Data Analysis & Insights

Pull and analyze clinical and operational data to understand the current state of care workflows and program performance.

● Use data insights to recommend appropriate clinical protocols, care pathways, and workflow configurations.

● Monitor clinical KPIs and adoption metrics pre- and post–go-live to assess effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.

● Support development and maintenance of clinical dashboards to track utilization, outcomes, and adherence.

Clinical Platform Configuration & QA

● Configure clinical platform settings, workflows, and protocols in alignment with clinical requirements and best practices.

● Perform clinical and functional QA to validate workflows, decision support, and assets prior to release and go-live.

● Build and maintain clinical assets such as protocols, care plans, alerts, and documentation templates.

● Manage and resolve clinical asset tickets in collaboration with product, engineering, and clinical leadership.

Release & Readiness Support

● Support quarterly General Availability (GA) releases from a clinical readiness perspective.

● Participate in testing, validation, and documentation review for new or updated clinical features.

● Ensure clinical workflows and assets are aligned with release timelines and organizational standards.

Pre Go-Live Clinical Readiness

● Conduct pre–go-live reviews to confirm clinical workflow readiness and alignment with program goals.

● Validate data integrity, configurations, and clinical assets prior to launch.

● Support final clinical QA and readiness checks to ensure safe and effective go-live.

Go-Live Clinical Support

● Provide clinical and analytical support during go-live, including participation in go-live office hours.

● Troubleshoot clinical workflow, data, or configuration issues in real time.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support clinicians and care teams.

Post Go-Live Optimization & Adoption

● Track clinical adoption and utilization using data and dashboards.

● Identify clinical workflow gaps, adoption challenges, and data quality issues post–go-live.

● Participate in adoption mitigation and optimization planning sessions.

● Pull and analyze post–go-live queries to monitor KPIs and recommend updates to protocols, workflows, or assets to improve outcomes and usability.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

● Experience with data analysis, SQL or query-based reporting, and dashboard interpretation.

● Experience configuring and QA’ing software platforms, preferably in healthcare or health technology.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into recommendations.

● Experience supporting software implementations, go-lives, or product releases.


Preferred:

● Clinical background (e.g., RN, allied health, care management, or quality roles).

● Experience with healthcare platforms, care management, population health, or value-based care solutions.
● Familiarity with clinical workflows, protocols, or care programs.
● Experience supporting GA or quarterly release cycles.

● Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

● Experience with care management platforms, EHRs, or population health solutions.
● Familiarity with value-based care, quality measures, and clinical KPIs.

● Experience supporting system go-lives and post–implementation optimization.
