The Role

We at Innovaccer are looking for a Manager-Marketing for a couple of Markets we serve. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products in the market. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our solutions, engage key stakeholders, and drive revenue growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage your expertise in healthcare technology and marketing to position our products effectively and differentiate them in the competitive landscape.

A Day in the Life

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Category Marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for our value-based care technology solutions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify key market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights. Utilize this information to inform product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, and other cross-functional teams to define product positioning, value propositions, and target customer segments.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, product messaging documents, case studies, and presentations, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Lead the planning and execution of product launches, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product introductions to the market.
  • Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, events, and webinars, to generate leads and drive demand.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, industry influencers, and strategic partners to enhance brand visibility and credibility in the market.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments in the value-based care market. Translate insights into actionable recommendations to inform product roadmap and marketing strategy
  • Drive SEO/SEM strategy to improve search visibility and organic traffic.
  • Manage digital advertising budgets, ensuring ROI optimization across paid campaigns.
  • Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot/Marketo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.) to track KPIs and report performance to leadership.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, martech innovations, and best practices to continuously evolve Innovaccer’s digital presence.
  • Mentor and upskill team members to foster professional growth and collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Category Marketing, preferably in the healthcare technology or healthcare IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, particularly of US healthcare market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze market data, and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
  • Experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, events, and webinars.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
