About the Role
We are building a high-impact, fast-paced startup within Innovaccer focused on Flow Solution (Revenue Cycle Management – RCM).
We’re looking for a Senior Solution Specialist – RCM who will serve as the bridge between our Product, Sales, and Customer teams—someone with a strong understanding of RCM workflows, a consultative mindset, and the ability to translate product capabilities into tangible business outcomes.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping customer conversations, enabling sales, and driving deal success by aligning Innovaccer’s RCM solutions with client needs. A Day in the Life
- Develop deep expertise in Innovaccer’s Flow Solution (RCM)—covering coding, billing, claims, denials, and A/R management workflows.
- Partner with Sales and Customer teams to drive RCM opportunities by delivering tailored solution narratives, demonstrations, and proof-of-value sessions.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to stay aligned on the product roadmap, new features, and customer feedback.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers—understanding their operational challenges, mapping them to Innovaccer’s RCM capabilities, and quantifying business value.
- Lead solution design discussions—crafting configurations and workflows that address client pain points and deliver measurable ROI.
- Support pre-sales efforts with compelling demos, value assessments, solution walkthroughs, and competitive positioning.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, demo scripts, RFP responses, FAQs, and use-case documentation.
- Join customer meetings and presentations to provide domain depth and solution alignment.
- Serve as the voice of the customer—sharing field insights and feedback to continuously enhance solution design and usability.
What You Need
- 6-10+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Pre-sales, Product Specialist, or Implementation roles, preferably within RCM or Healthcare IT.
- Strong understanding of RCM workflows—including charge capture, claims management, payment posting, denials management, and A/R follow-up.
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex SaaS solutions and connect them to business outcomes such as improved revenue realization and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills—able to engage both operational and executive audiences.
- Hands-on, collaborative mindset suited to a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
- Proven ability to multi-task, adapt quickly, and operate effectively in cross-functional teams.
