About the Role
● Provide first-line support for desktop PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
● Assist with troubleshooting software, hardware, and network connectivity issues.
● Log, track, and resolve support tickets through the IT service desk system.
● Set up and configure new user accounts, devices, and applications.
● Help with installing, configuring, and upgrading desktop hardware and software.
● Maintain documentation related to IT processes, equipment, and user guides.
What You Need
● A degree or coursework in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● A strong interest in IT and eagerness to learn and grow.
● Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
● Familiarity with computer hardware and software.
● Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
● Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
● Basic knowledge of Asset Management concepts is a plus.
