About the Role
Innovaccer is seeking an RN Health Coach Lead to join our team. Our RN Health Coach Lead will oversee a team of RN and LPN/LVN Health Coaches. Story Health is transforming healthcare through virtualization of patient and clinician experiences.
A Day in the Life
- Onboard new hires to the Health Coach team
- Perform chart audits and quality reviews for direct reports
- Supervise the work of LPNs/LVNs and provide patient care under nurse-driven protocols
- Provide direct patient care to fill in when team members are out of office
- Collaborate across departments to design and implement programs to support clinical care
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to support enhancements to Story Health digital health platforms
- Support Customer Success team in client engagement, including:
- New customer launch
- Ongoing customer needs related to clinical care
What You Need
- Current active Registered Nurse license in a compact state
- 5+ years clinical experience in a specialty practice or acute care setting
- 2+ years experience in a management/leadership role
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree
- Comfortable utilizing data to understand team and individual performance
- Strong customer service skills, with ability to identify problems and formulate solutions
- Able to take on multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced, and changing team environment
- Passion for implementing technology to improve healthcare and able to quickly learn and use new software and tools
- High-speed home internet access
- Quiet home office space, free of distractions
Nice to Have
- Cardiology experience
- Experience leading teams in a remote work environment
The salary range for this role is between $70,000 and $78,000 per annum.
