About the Role
We’re seeking an Associate Director of Growth Strategy to join Innovaccer’s Growth team. This strategic role is designed for professionals who bring a mix of consulting experience and deep healthcare domain knowledge. The individual will be responsible for shaping and driving growth initiatives with health systems, payers, pharmacies, public health and/or healthcare technology partners.
The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of experience, with a proven track record in consulting and/or healthcare organizations, and strong expertise in one or more of the following areas: Value-Based Care, Risk and Quality, Revenue Cycle Management, Payer Operations or Public Sector healthcare. We are particularly looking for candidates with a tech-forward mindset, who understands digital transformation and the role of AI in healthcare.
This is a high-visibility role where you will collaborate with senior leadership to define strategy, deliver market-shaping insights, and support the development of innovative solutions for our customers.
A Day in the Life
- Build compelling presentations such as strategic pitch decks, case studies, and board-level briefings that articulate Innovaccer’s value proposition
- Lead strategic growth projects, including market assessments, competitive analysis, customer profiling, and solution-specific opportunity deep dives.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to create strategic narratives, ROI models, and thought leadership materials that accelerate growth opportunities.
- Shape go-to-market strategies for new solution areas
- Provide analytical and strategic support to senior leadership on growth priorities, including revenue optimization, operational efficiency, and customer engagement.
- Serve as a thought partner to customers, applying your consulting toolkit and healthcare expertise to identify pain points and design solutions that create measurable impact.
- Act as a bridge between industry knowledge and technology capabilities, helping healthcare organizations understand and adopt digital transformation powered by Innovaccer.
What You Need
- 5–10 years of experience with a combination of healthcare consulting, experience in healthcare technology or a healthcare product company and/or roles within healthcare organizations (payer, provider, pharmacy, healthcare technology).
- Strong expertise in at least one of the following: Value-Based Care, Revenue Cycle Management, Patient Experience, Outreach, or Payer Operations.
- Exposure to digital transformation initiatives, with an understanding of how AI can improve healthcare delivery and operations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Economics, or related field.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills with experience building Excel models and crafting compelling PowerPoint presentations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions.
- Comfort working remotely and collaborating across distributed teams in the US and India.
