About the Role
As the Head of Product Operations, you will be responsible for streamlining product development processes and ensuring the seamless execution of product strategies. This role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations, to optimize product lifecycle management and drive efficiency.
A Day in the Life
- Build and maintain strategic frameworks for product planning, impact measurement, and assessing and improving product maturity through defined benchmarks and continuous evaluation.
- Develop and implement product operations strategies that enhance productivity, efficiency, and support a research-backed product organization grounded in market insights and customer feedback.
- Deliver global strategic initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and execute change with local relevance and global consistency, while embedding processes to track ROI of solutions.
- Automate data-driven dashboards to provide business insights and analytics (including a social media command center) and ensure timely, actionable intelligence is available to executive leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product launches, while aligning activities with product roadmaps and maturity goals.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, measure maturity progress, and evaluate ROI.
- Manage and optimize product lifecycle processes from ideation to launch and beyond, embedding maturity assessments at each stage.
- Collaborate with product managers to align operational activities with product roadmaps and research-driven priorities.
- Identify and mitigate risks and bottlenecks in product development, with frameworks for continuous maturity improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, customer satisfaction, and organizational learning.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, while maintaining global best practices for a high-maturity product organization.
What You Need
- Proven experience in product operations role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in product management software and tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Engaged in business planning to define product roadmap and drive cross functional growth initiatives.
