Project Management at Innovaccer - About the Role
We at Innovaccer are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for the development and management of project plans for a multi-million dollar healthcare technology.

The Innovaccer Enterprise Security Team is simultaneously running multiple programs and projects. These are tactical and strategic programs and many of them have dependencies on other projects and teams, competing priorities, budget constraints and are always interrupt driven. The objective of this role is to provide real-time project insights and visibility into all of our programs rolling into the Office of the CISO.

A Day in the Life

  • Create and manage comprehensive project plans across multiple stakeholders and time zones
  • Gather customer requirements and coordinate disparate projects
  • Work in concert with other PMs and stakeholders and coordinate meetings and schedules as required
  • Get final sign off on project implementation milestones
  • Manage and communicate risks and key metrics and KPIs
  • Maintain best practices for implementation of the tool(s) and compliance
  • Create and maintain project strategy(ies)
  • Report status to internal stakeholders

What You Need

⦁ 4+ Years Experience
⦁ Experience in project management tools (Jira, excel, gantt, and smart sheets)
⦁ Experience in KPIs, metrics, dashboarding and tooling (BI tools, grafana a plus)
⦁ Project oversight / coordination / management
⦁ Understanding of Security and Compliance Frameworks and Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
⦁ Top notch Problem-Solving skills and be a Critical Thinker
⦁ Experience in expectation management during projects to ensure customer satisfaction
⦁ Good Presentation, documentation and communication skills
⦁ PMP/PMI certified
⦁ M&A experience a plus
⦁ Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
⦁ Excellent Collaborator and negotiator
⦁ Cat herder
