About the Role

The Care Solutions Leader is a strategic role responsible for building, evangelizing and growing the AI Care Solutions portfolio and vision. This position will build a $30M-$50M Care AI Solutions portfolio, (over three years).

A Day in the Life

  • Strategic Vision and Execution:
    • Conceptualize, build out, and evangelize the organization's AI Care Solutions portfolio.
    • Develop a cohesive vision and strategy for the AI Care Solutions business, ensuring alignment with the overall organizational goals.
    • Bring outside-in thinking, strong familiarity with the market (buyer, suppliers) and regulatory environ
  • Portfolio Management and Expansion:
    • Own the P&L and performance of the $30M-$50M (over three years) Care AI Solutions portfolio.
    • Identify and evaluate potential acquisition, partnership, or build opportunities to expand the Care AI Solutions capabilities.
    • Develop and execute strategies to scale and grow the Care AI Solutions portfolio.
  • Business and Operational familiarity:
    • Expert understanding of the market (APM and CMS VBC models), business (financial, ROI), clinical (PHM program design, effectiveness) and operational (effort, efficiency drivers).
    • Ability to ideate and innovate, create new program and solutions to drive value
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the Care AI Solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Influence:
    • Strong collaborator, collaborate across front (M&A, GTM), middle (Product) and back-end (Delivery organization) teams
    • Have gravitas and executive presence, develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal leadership, customers, and strategic partners. Represent the organization and the Care AI Solutions in industry events, conferences, and other relevant forums.

What You Need

  • 20+ years of experience in building and scaling healthcare businesses, using technology or AI solutions, with a strong track record of success.
  • Experience in Population Health Management (PHM), preferably or in a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) role, as well as knowledge of Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) and Health Care Economics (HCE).
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguous, matrix-style organizations and effectively influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in leading and managing high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to conceptualize and execute on complex business initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively present and evangelize the Care AI Solutions.
