About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager - Physician Copilot, you'll be helping drive Innovaccer's efforts to support physicians and their staff. With rapidly advancing AI technologies, there are many ways that we can help improve healthcare providers' productivity and to improve outcomes for their patients. That includes leveraging generative AI and other technologies to better prepare the provider before meeting their patient, providing tools to support them during the patient appointment, and automating manual administrative tasks after the appointment

A Day in the Life

Work with our clients (including physicians and major health system leaders) to understand their needs and propose new capabilities
Work with Engineering and UX design team to build products that serve customer needs and can be delivered successfully. Define requirements and participate in agile/tracking processes to track delivery and summarize to leadership
Work with go-to-market counterparts at Innovaccer to position our products and help them sell our capabilities

What You Need

Creative problem solving to drive impact. Track record of delivering impact on the teams they have been on.
Strong communication skills. Ability to present well and think on your feet, both internally and with users / customers
Technical depth. Ability to work with UX designers and with engineers to identify product solutions
High level of organization and project management, along with a good sense of prioritization, to keep your teams on track
Clinical experience is not required but would be a major plus
Prior experience developing AI-based tools is a plus
