About the Role

We are looking for an Associate-Sales Engineering, a key role within the Growth Strategy team within Go-to-Market organization at Innovaccer. This role will be aligned with an Associate Director of Growth Strategy.

A Day in the Life

  • Assist Senior Sales Engineers and Growth Strategists in responding to RFPs, RFIs and creating SOWs, proposals in line with customer requirements
  • Conduct research on new topic areas to support knowledge and deal efforts
  • Partner with Sales to understand client problems and demonstrate how Innovaccer products can help them solve these problems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful presentations and develop solution proposals for some of the most complex healthcare problems in the US
  • Engage with cross-functional teams (product, customer success, analytics, engineering) to understand capabilities and roadmap of Innovaccer solutions and craft nuanced responses to RFI/RFP questions
  • Develop collaterals (Innovaccer product information, customer use cases, competitor analysis, strength/weakness assessment etc.) to support the sales process
  • Conduct secondary market research for analyzing Innovaccer’s competitor landscape in regards to product offerings
  • Assist in sales enablement and conducting internal training for capacity building on new product functionalities

What You Need

  • 1-3 years of experience in Presales, Strategy, RFP Manager, RFP Writer, or Business Analyst role
  • Good at problem-solving and structuring complex concepts in an easy to understand format
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Self-motivated learner
  • Ability to work with a geographically dispersed team under tight deadlines
  • Confident presentation and demonstration ability
  • Interest / understanding of Healthcare and in particular US Healthcare (preferred not mandatory) We offer competitive benefits to set you up for success in and outside of work
