About the Role
We at Innovaccer are looking for a Software Development Engineer-II (Full Stack & Automation) to build the most amazing product experience. You’ll get to work with other engineers to build a delightful feature experience to understand and solve our customer’s pain points.
A Day in the Life
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack code using Python, Django, FastAPI, React, Angular, etc.
- Integrate APIs and services with frontend and backend developers
- Write and maintain unit tests and automation tests
- Debug and resolve full stack issues
- Develop full stack features and fix bugs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Basic Unix/Shell Scripting
- Agile methodology and scrum ceremonies
- Cloud & Deployment Architecture basics
- Observability tools like NewRelic, Grafana, Kibana
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio of projects
- Primary:
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript (or other frontend languages)
- Automation testing frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Jest)
- Familiarity with Python/Java and other backend languages
- CI/CD Pipeline setup with GitLab, Jenkins, or equivalent
- Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Secondary:
- Contribute to end-to-end story deliverables
- Collaborate on product deliverables
- Solve full stack problems
- Contribute to bug triaging and production issue resolution
- Participate in scrum ceremonies
