As a Implementation Consultant you will own the success factor Implementation from scratch. We are looking for an individual contributor who would have a good understanding of our HR technology platform of SAP SuccessFactors, which is a critical part of our company’s Strategic HR objectives. The focus of the role will be to provide system administrative support, configuration, and solutioning to our organization. A Day in the Life
- Manage the overall administration and configuration of the SuccessFactors HCM system.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate technical support as needed.
- Lead the implementation of new SuccessFactors modules, enhancements, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to define requirements, design solutions, and manage project timelines.
- Conduct system testing, coordinate user acceptance testing, and oversee the deployment of new functionalities.
- Work closely with HR stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within SuccessFactors.
- Develop and implement best practices and standards to optimize the utilization of the system.
- Continuously assess system capabilities, explore new features, and recommend.
- Provide support and training to HR users and managers on SuccessFactors functionality, processes, and system usage.
- Create user documentation, job aids, and training materials to facilitate system adoption and user self-sufficiency.
- Address user inquiries, resolve system-related issues, and ensure timely resolution of support tickets.
- Manage data integration and data integrity across HR systems, ensuring accurate and consistent data flows between SuccessFactors and other HR applications.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support HR analytics and reporting requirements.
- Utilize data insights to identify trends, assess system performance, and drive data-driven decision-making within HR.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a technology-related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, HR, or a related field.
- SF certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and functionalities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors configuration and customization.
