What the team does

The Professional Services team delivers Icertis contract management and supply chain solutions across diverse industries. We partner with customer stakeholders and collaborate with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Support to design, configure, deploy and continuously improve enterprise implementations.

As a Functional Consultant, you'll connect business objectives with practical technology solutions. Your leadership across requirements, functional design, configuration, and delivery will directly influence implementation quality, customer confidence, and long-term value realization.

Experience

  • Experience leading full-lifecycle enterprise application implementations in SaaS, ERP, or CRM

  • Experience collaborating with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Support across concurrent projects

  • Prior experience implementing contract management or supply chain applications will be an added advantage

Education

  • Engineering degree from a recognized institution; an MBA or related postgraduate qualification is a distinct advantage

  • Lead Icertis enterprise implementations in line with agreed scope, schedule, effort, and delivery methodology

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, lead functional design, and create best-fit solutions aligned with key implementation objectives

  • Own system configuration, deployment and post-go-live support, ensuring solutions are accurate, scalable and ready for successful customer adoption

  • Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies proactively, using strong organization and clear decision-making to keep delivery on track.

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality Assurance and Support across multiple projects to resolve issues and deliver a seamless customer experience.

  • Analyze project and customer data to identify trends, develop innovative strategies, and improve implementation outcomes.

  • Mentor consultants, strengthen Professional Services capability, share knowledge and provide actionable customer feedback that informs continuous improvement and the Icertis product roadmap.

  • Use approved AI-enabled applications and automation tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, configuration, testing, and knowledge discovery.

  • Validate AI-generated outputs and apply sound judgment to ensure accuracy, security, and responsible use.
