We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Vice President (AVP), Solution Advisory – Healthcare to lead our pre-sales organization for the Healthcare industry.

In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive growth, shape strategic deals, and deliver compelling solution experiences to customers across payer, provider, and life sciences segments.
You will play a key leadership role in helping healthcare organizations transform how they manage contracts, compliance, and operational efficiency using advanced technology and AI-driven insights.

We are seeking candidates with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its ecosystem. This experience may come from working in healthcare organizations, healthcare providers with expertise in contracting and commercial operations, or technology companies that sell solutions into the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate understands the unique challenges, priorities, and decision-making processes across the healthcare landscape and can effectively engage with a broad range of industry stakeholders.

  • 12+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution advisory, or consulting roles within enterprise software
  • Strong experience in the Healthcare industry (payer, provider, or life sciences)
  • Proven track record of supporting and closing large, complex enterprise deals
  • Experience working with senior executives and leading strategic customer conversations
  • Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Ability to lead and inspire high-performing, distributed teams
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms, AI/automation, or contract management solutions is a plus

  • Lead a high-performing team of Solution Advisors supporting healthcare customers across the sales cycle
  • Partner with Sales leaders to drive pipeline growth, improve win rates, and close strategic deals
  • Engage with senior executives to understand business challenges and position impactful solutions
  • Shape deal strategy for large, complex opportunities, including demos, workshops, and proof-of-concepts
  • Develop healthcare-specific solution narratives focused on compliance, contracting, and operational excellence
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align strategy and execution
  • Drive consistency and quality in demos, presentations, and customer engagements
  • Mentor and develop talent, building strong domain expertise and consultative selling skills across the team
