Icertis Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager/Director to lead our Enterprise Systems department. This role is crucial for driving innovation and managing our enterprise systems, with a focus on AI and finance technology. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a passion for technology.
- A proven track record of leadership and management in an enterprise systems or technology role, preferably in a finance-focused organization.
- Deep expertise in finance systems, with hands-on experience in Netsuite, Zuora, SAP Ariba, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in enterprise systems, with a passion for driving innovation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Experience in system integration and data management, ensuring efficient data flow and interoperability.
- A proactive and analytical mindset, with a problem-solving approach to complex enterprise system challenges.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, with additional certifications being an advantage.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Enterprise Systems department, aligning with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of enterprise systems professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of finance systems such as Netsuite, Zuora, and SAP Ariba, ensuring optimal performance and user adoption.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize system requirements, and drive the development and enhancement of enterprise systems.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, particularly in AI and finance, and evaluate their potential impact and integration opportunities.
- Ensure data security and privacy compliance across all enterprise systems, implementing best practices and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
- Lead the design and implementation of system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability between various platforms.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
