We are looking for a passionate GenAI Engineer to join our Solution Engineering Group. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building and integrating AI-powered applications using large language models (LLMs) and generative models, tailored to customer requirements. You will work closely with solution architects and product teams to build intelligent, scalable, and production-ready systems.
Required Skills:
- 4–7 years of experience in AI/ML solutions, including recent work with Generative AI models and frameworks.
- Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory); exposure to C#/.NET is a plus.
- Experience with AutoGen, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers or similar AI agent frameworks.
- Good understanding of ML algorithms, NLP, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with containerization, APIs, and cloud deployment (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Good to Have: - Experience working on AI solutioning or customer-facing projects.
- Understanding of enterprise integration and system design.
- Proficiency with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end LLMs or foundation model solutions aligned with business and customer needs.
- Developing prompt engineering and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows.
- Build and fine-tune agentic workflows, and AutoGen-based applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and implement AI applications that integrate into customer environments.
- Building chatbots, copilots, content generators, or automation agents Using frameworks like Autogen, OpenAI API, or Azure OpenAI Service.
- Implementing guardrails, prompt optimization, and model orchestration.
- Integrate vector databases and RAG-based applications to enable knowledge-grounded AI solutions.
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Contribute to solution architecture, model evaluation, and automation pipelines.
