Job Description
Icertis Inc. has an opening for a Senior Analyst, Data and Insights in Bellevue, Washington.
Responsibilities
Duties: Collect, analyze, evaluate and report data to track sales performance and metrics; Create standardized data models, reports, and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, SQL, etc.; Work with Sales leaders and operators to generate ad hoc reporting as required and identify
opportunities to automate regular reporting and distribution requests across the organization; Assist with data hygiene, process improvement, tool evaluation, data source creation, and other cross-team activities; Communicate status regularly with stakeholders and executive sponsors. Develop and manage training content, best practices, and contribute to improve current data and insights processes; Help maintain tools and systems used by the Data & Insights team, maintain data integrity by performing data cleansing exercises, upload of data changes; Study adoption metrics of key reporting assets to develop and execute strategies that increase user adoption; Continuous enablement into stakeholders to drive adoption KPIs. May telecommute. $103,241.00/year.
Qualifications
Requirements: Employer will accept a master’s degree in finance, Math, Engineering or a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires some experience in the following: Excel and SQL; Tableau or Power BI; Data Engineering / ETL; Data Modeling; Data Governance / Data Quality; CRM Systems; Project Management.
