Job Description
Icertis is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive and deliver high impact enterprise professional services engagements with global customers. This role requires a strong blend of program leadership, domain expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and deep functional and technical understanding of enterprise business processes. The Sr. Program Manager will lead cross-functional teams across customer, partner, and internal Icertis stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes in alignment with customer digital transformation goals.
This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in complex enterprise SaaS environments and can connect business outcomes with technology execution.
Responsibilities
Program Leadership
Lead and manage large-scale, enterprise SaaS (CLM) implementations, including ERP/CRM integrations, AI/GenAI adoption, and Quote-to-Cash / Procure-to-Pay transformation initiatives.
Own the full lifecycle of program delivery including roadmap definition, scope management, planning, estimation, scheduling, risk/issue management, and governance.
Establish program frameworks, governance models, and success criteria, ensuring consistent delivery aligned with both Icertis best practices and customer expectations.
Domain & Technical Expertise
Apply deep understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Quote-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay processes to map business goals into solution delivery.
Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers on best practices for leveraging GenAI-powered capabilities within the Icertis platform.
Partner with internal Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap based on customer program needs.
Stakeholder & Executive Engagement
Build and manage executive‑level relationships with C‑suite and senior customer stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and adoption.
Facilitate steering committees, executive reviews, and align customer leadership with delivery progress, risks, and outcomes.
Build strong connections across internal Icertis functional teams (Product, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Delivery).
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Guide cross-functional project teams (consultants, architects, developers, partners) across onsite, remote, and offshore models.
Foster a culture of accountability, execution excellence, and customer success.
Mentor junior project managers and delivery consultants in program execution best practices.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience
10+ years of proven program or engagement management experience in enterprise SaaS, consulting, or professional services organizations.
Strong experience managing enterprise-scale cloud/SaaS implementations (preferably CLM, ERP, CRM, Procurement, or Quote-to-Cash platforms).
Demonstrated success managing $$ multi-phase programs with multiple workstreams, global delivery teams, and complex stakeholder landscapes.
Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Dynamics) and their integration to CLM or related solutions.
Familiarity with emerging tech, including AI/GenAI use cases, digital contract intelligence, and automation within enterprise workflows.
Skills & Competencies
Program Management Mastery: Proficiency with modern methodologies and frameworks (Agile, Hybrid, PMP, SAFe, etc.).
Strong Business Acumen: Deep understanding of enterprise finance, procurement, legal, and sales operations processes; ability to align technology delivery with business value.
Executive Communication: Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills; proven ability to influence and drive alignment with C-level stakeholders.
Risk & Change Leadership: Experienced in leading change management, program governance, and executive stakeholder alignment at enterprise scale.
Global Team Leadership: Ability to lead diverse, global, distributed teams across multiple time zones and cultures.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to deconstruct complex delivery issues, anticipate risks, and drive decision-making.
Preferred Certifications
PMP, PgMP, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent.
Prosci Change Management, Agile certifications (CSM/CSPO), or equivalent.
AI/ML or emerging technology certifications a plus.
Base Salary range and description:
Min $140,000 - Max $200,000 USD
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In addition to the base salary and annual bonus target and an equity component is included in the compensation package.
