You’ll lead major customer projects, build strong teams, and advise top-tier government contractors and Fortune 50 companies.
Responsibilities
Manage Key Clients: Oversee a portfolio of A&D clients and ensure long-term project success.
Lead Delivery: Run implementation projects from start to finish—managing people, planning, and customer satisfaction.
Lead Global Teams: Oversee distributed teams and ensure quality, timelines, and budgets are met in strict environments.
Engage with Clients: Build strong relationships with defense organizations and contractors.
Coach Teams: Mentor delivery leaders and help them tailor solutions for the A&D space.
Use Industry Knowledge: Apply your understanding of A&D rules, contracts, and ecosystems to project execution.
Influence Executives: Help guide budget, risk, and resource decisions for complex programs.
Drive Performance: Promote governance models and performance metrics suited for A&D clients.
Qualifications
Citizenship Requirement: U.S. citizen or Green Card holder (required for federal contracts).
Experience: 15–25 years in relevant roles, including leadership in the A&D industry.
Education: Degree in Science or Engineering; MBA is a plus.
SaaS Skills: Experience leading SaaS implementations—ideally CLM, ERP, or supply chain systems in A&D.
Compliance Knowledge: Familiar with ITAR, DFARS, NIST, and similar regulations.
Operational Know-How: Understand secure data practices and program delivery in regulated sectors.
Customer Focus: Strong history of supporting high-security customers successfully.
Strategic Thinking: Comfortable navigating long buying cycles and complex supply chains.
