Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-impact events that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a B2B event professional with 8+ years of experience—preferably in SaaS—who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is passionate about creating exceptional experiences. #LI-RS1 #LI-Remote
Responsibilities
Lead Flagship Events: Own the end-to-end planning and execution of major corporate events including industry tradeshows, Icertis led high touch programs, Sales Kick-Off (SKO), GSI,/Partner and persona events.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with all marketing functions, sales, alliances, and leadership to ensure event content and experiences support pipeline generation and brand positioning.
Vendor & Budget Management: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee budgets to ensure high-quality delivery and ROI.
Innovation & Experience Design: Deliver memorable, brand-aligned experiences using creative formats, technologies, and storytelling.
Performance Analytics: Track and report on event KPIs, providing actionable insights to improve future programs.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in event management, with a strong background in B2B and SaaS environments. Previous agency experience is a bonus.
Demonstrated success in managing large-scale events and executive-level programs.
Experience in planning and executing SKOs, incentive trips, and partner events.
Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Proficiency in event tech platforms (e.g., Cvent), CRM (Salesforce), and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Asana).
Ability to travel within the US up to 30%
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or similar field
Salary range and description
Min $140,000 - Max $175,000 USD per year
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In addition to the base salary and annual bonus target and an equity component is included in the compensation package.
