Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager, Demand Generation (ABM) to join our global marketing team! This position is responsible for developing compelling and engaging ABM campaigns that deliver results and set the standard for effective account-based marketing practices. You will spearhead the development, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel ABM programs. You will play a pivotal role in driving pipeline acceleration and growth by developing and executing strategic ABM initiatives. #LI-RS1
Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive ABM campaigns to engage key enterprise accounts, including account identification, content creation, campaign execution, and measurement; ensuring personalized and targeted approaches for specific verticals and account segments.
- Work independently and collaboratively with the global marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive execution of ABM strategies.
- Leverage 6sense intent data to inform account-based marketing campaigns and content creation for different personas in our key buying committees.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of ABM campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- Drive stakeholder engagement through fostering collaboration and partnership across various stakeholders to ensure alignment with overarching ABM strategy.

Qualifications
- 7+ years’ of B2B marketing experience, including 2+ years in ABM, preferably with a B2B SaaS company
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Strong ability to think strategically; develop and implement effective ABM strategies that drive personalized engagement and business growth.
- Ability to effectively manage and inspire indirect reports to accomplish long and short-term goals
- Excellent project management skills: able to define key workstreams and tasks needed to complete each, express in a project plan, and work the plan to on-time completion, providing regular status updates as needed
- Ability to work in a rapidly growing organization and quickly deliver results
- Teamwork: comfortable and motivated working in a collaborative environment
- Experience with Advanced Marketing tools: Marketo or other marketing automation solutions, 6Sense, Salesforce, and gifting platforms
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Familiarity with data analysis tools including Excel and Power BI
- Some travel required
Salary range and description
Min $140,000 - Max $165,000 USD per year
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In addition to the base salary and annual bonus target and an equity component is included in the compensation package.
