The Inside Sales team is our new business opportunity team, responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities for our field sales organization.
As the Consultant – Inside Sales at Icertis you are passionate about uncovering customers’ pain points, have strong communication skills, personal drive, and professional persistence.
Flexible to work in shift starting 3 PM IST.


  • Follow-up on inbound leads to prospects who have expressed interest in learning more about the Icertis Contract Management System.
  • Call and qualify sales leads.
  • Initiate telephone and email contact with potential Growth prospects from various lead sources, including but not limited to: Website, Online events, Tradeshows, 3rdParty Vendors, Social Media.
  • Manage a pipeline of leads, while meeting/exceeding Inbound Sales Service Level Agreements.
  • Record prospect information into CRM database.
  • Interface frequently with other departments including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Presales and Executive Leadership Team.
  • SalesForce and Outreach experience would be a plus.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of successful software sales or customer-facing experience.
  • Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience selling to C-Suite.
  • Experience calling in Fortune 1000.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a keen business sense is required.
