About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and globally minded operations leader to support and connect the work of our Global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEI&B) team. This role is ideal for someone who brings structure, clarity, and alignment to a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
As our Senior Global Operations Manager, you will guide and coordinate the operational systems that support our global DEI&B strategy. You will lead the planning and management of the global operational calendar, ensure collaboration across regions, and help partners stay aligned with shared goals throughout the fiscal year.
You will also represent the DEI&B team in key forums by sharing updates, delivering presentations, and facilitating discussions with executives, people managers, employee resource group leaders, and teams across the organization. You will adapt communication to meet the needs of different audiences and build alignment through clarity and partnership.
A core part of this role includes leading the team’s data and insights function: identifying meaningful datasets, establishing success metrics, assessing program effectiveness, and summarizing insights that support informed decision-making. You bring the ability to translate data into clear and useful information for leaders and teams.
You are experienced in guiding global processes, improving systems, strengthening operational efficiency, and supporting large-scale initiatives from concept through execution. You are comfortable learning and using new technologies, including AI tools such as ChatGPT, to support communication, analysis, and workflow improvements.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage the annual global operational calendar, planning key workflows each fiscal year and aligning stakeholders to deliver operational excellence.
- Drive accountability across teams, ensuring clarity of expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate global DEI&B processes to ensure consistency, alignment, and scalability across regions.
- Influence without authority to drive partnership, adoption, and shared ownership in matrixed environments.
- Identify and manage datasets that evaluate the effectiveness of DEI&B programs, communications, and stakeholder experiences.
- Develop success metrics and evaluation frameworks for global initiatives.
- Analyze data, identify trends, and summarize insights for executives and cross-functional partners.
- Build clear, actionable dashboards, summaries, and reports to guide decision-making.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance analysis, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Assess and refine global processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
- Implement standardized workflows across regions and establish clear operating practices.
- Use insights and automation to strengthen global operations.
- Global IT Systems ManagementPartner with IT and operational teams to maintain and optimize technology systems supporting global DEI&B operations and analytics.
- Ensure systems meet process, workflow, and reporting needs across regions.
- Develop and execute change management plans for new processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Tailor communication and training to executives, people managers, and individual contributors.
- Support adoption through clarity, resources, and ongoing engagement.
- Global Training CoordinationSupport the Global VP of DEI&B in rolling out and evaluating global training programs.
- Monitor participation, effectiveness, and alignment to DEI&B learning objectives.
- Develop communication strategies that support alignment, transparency, and global readiness.
- Tailor communications for different levels of the organization.
- Act as a spokesperson for the DEI&B team, presenting updates and program information to key stakeholder groups.
- Ensure intranet, SmartPages, and external channels are accurate and updated.
- Manage relationships with external DEI&B vendors and contractors.
- Oversee contracts, deliverables, communication, and performance.
- Ensure external partners align with DEI&B values, goals, and standards.
- Lead the planning and execution of QBRs, Quarterly DEI&B Meetings, Board updates, All Hands, and other operational rhythms.
- Manage scopes, plans, schedules, KPIs, and cross-functional coordination.
- Track and manage the global DEI&B budget and operational timelines.

Your Background
- 7+ years of experience in operations, program management, HR operations, business management operations, or a related field.
- Proven ability to take a concept through full execution, including scoping, planning, stakeholder management, delivery, and measurement.
- Experience leading or supporting global, cross-functional programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience interpreting data and presenting insights tailored to executives.
- Experience managing operational calendars, timelines, and cross-functional workflows.
- Proficiency with project management and workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, Smartsheet, Notion).
- Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent) is required.
- Ability to partner and communicate effectively across all organizational levels and global regions.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and creating structure in fast-paced environments.
- Experience using or implementing emerging technologies, including AI tools, to improve operational efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to translate ideas into structured plans and drive them through end-to-end execution with clarity, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
- Experience supporting or scaling global operating models across regions and stakeholder groups.
- Strong program and project management capabilities with the ability to design, maintain, and execute detailed plans.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex information into clear, tailored communication for executives, managers, and individual contributors.
- Experience identifying datasets, establishing success metrics, analyzing trends, and summarizing insights to guide decisions.
- Proven ability to influence without authority and build strong, trust-based partnerships across a variety of roles and levels.
- Experience coordinating or supporting global events, trainings, or business rhythms.
- Comfort learning and using new technologies, including AI tools such as ChatGPT, to support analysis, communication, and workflow improvements.
- Understanding of DEI&B concepts or a demonstrated commitment to learning in this area.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with clarity, structure, and attention to detail.
Base salary range: $109,000 - $177,000 USD
Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms of compensation.
The above represents total expected compensation for this role. Actual compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to, location, experience, and job qualifications.
