Our goal is to create a culture where everyone feels a deep sense of belonging and is empowered to be an agent of change, with the ability to transform themselves, their workplace, and their world.
About the Role
The Senior Director of Professional Services is responsible for leading Highspot’s global post-sales delivery organization across Engagement Management (EM), Implementation (IM), Advisory Services, and Technical Account Management (TAM). This leader will own the strategy, execution, and evolution of Professional Services as a scalable, profitable, and customer-impacting business function.
The role requires a seasoned, hands-on executive who can operate at both strategic and executional levels — driving delivery excellence, financial performance, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and GTM Operations.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Leadership & Vision
  • Define and execute the global Professional Services strategy aligned to Highspot’s imperatives
  • Build a unified, scalable services operating model across EM, IM, Advisory, and TAM — balancing delivery quality, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Partner with Sales and CSS leadership to evolve service offerings that accelerate time-to-value, adoption, and expansion within the customer base.
  • Champion a culture of operational simplicity, accountability, and readiness — ensuring the organization delivers at the “last mile” with precision and speed.
  • Delivery & Customer Impact
  • Lead all service delivery motions, from initial implementation to ongoing advisory and technical enablement.
  • Establish clear success metrics for project quality, time-to-value, and customer satisfaction.
  • Standardize implementation methodologies and governance frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes globally.
  • Scale the TAM function to deliver proactive technical guidance, integration success, and early risk detection across the customer lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery tools, playbooks, and knowledge management.
  • Financial Management & Scale
  • Forecast and manage capacity planning, balancing global demand and delivery efficiency.
  • Partner with Finance and Sales to improve services forecasting, attach rates, and backlog management.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Collaborate closely with CSS, Product, and GTM teams to ensure product readiness, seamless customer handoffs, and feedback loops for continuous improvement.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to Product and Engineering on customer implementation and adoption patterns.
  • Partner with Enablement and Operations to uplevel technical and consulting skills across the organization.
  • Serve as executive sponsor for strategic implementations and escalations.
  • People Leadership & Development
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse, high-performing global team of Engagement Managers, Implementation Consultants, Advisory Leads, and TAMs.
  • Build leadership bench strength, ensuring clear career paths and succession planning across functions.
  • Instill a culture of excellence, inclusion, and accountability focused on customer value and team performance.
