About the Role
As Highspot evolves into an AI first organization, the Agent Platform Team is leading the transformation by building the foundation for all agentic experiences. The team is creating a centralized and intelligent ecosystem that connects users, agents, and the shared memory fabric into a cohesive experience, the intelligent center of a seller’s universe. In this role, you will be a key driver of that vision. You will lead the design and development of the user interfaces that bring the Agent Platform to life, including the flagship Agent Center, multi turn conversational experiences, and the admin surface for managing custom agents and their lifecycles. Your work will define how users discover, interact with, and orchestrate AI powered workflows across Highspot. This position requires deep expertise in React, JavaScript, and modern frontend architecture, along with the ability to translate complex AI driven systems into elegant and intuitive user experiences. You will play a central role in shaping the product vision, mentoring engineers, and establishing the crew as Highspot’s center of excellence for agentic design and experience.
What You'll Do
- Develop new customer-facing product features.
- Recommend and drive frontend infrastructure improvements.
- Collaborate with our UI/UX designers and Product owners to translate product ideas, specifications, and mocks into fully functional and accessible user experiences.
- Maximize what is possible with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML in the browser.
- Drive our crew’s technical vision and implementation strategy.
- Mentor and empower your team members.
- Collaborate with the broader Engineering team on overall technical strategy, processes and frontend infrastructure.
- Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects.
- Influence and coach a team of engineers.
- Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions.
Your Background
- Bachelor’s degrees or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in front end software development.
- 5 years of experience architecting, building, and deploying mid-to-large size web applications
- Proficiency in building cross-browser, highly interactive web applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Comfortable with modern open source technologies and tools such as React
- Familiarity with developing RESTful API contracts.
- Desire to learn, grow, lead and empower others
Base salary range: $146,000 - $178,000 CAD
Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms of compensation.
The above represents total expected compensation for this role. Actual compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to, location, experience, and job qualifications.
