About The Role
We are seeking an experienced leader to establish and oversee a world-class Revenue Operations and Technology team in our Hyderabad office. As a key member of the Revenue Operations Leadership team, you will collaborate closely with Directors, Senior Directors, the VP of Revenue Operations, and the Chief Operating Officer of Highspot India. The ideal candidate would be a master collaborator with a passion for identifying trends, communicating process changes, and continuously implementing improvements across Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, and Customer Success Operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure efficient operations, systems development, and tooling support for all revenue-generating (Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, Renewals, Customer Success, and Finance). Your work will support key business outcomes around customer engagement and revenue growth.
Hybrid Working Environment
Highspot requires colleagues based in Hyderabad to be in the office three days each week to build strong relationships and a vibrant, productive office culture. Some flexibility is available for colleagues working during US business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Team Building: Build and expand the Hyderabad team by leveraging your network and interviewing skills to hire top talent, including first-line managers and individual contributors (both technical and non-technical).
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of developers, administrators, and systems operators focused on designing, developing, and implementing high-quality solutions at a global scale. Guide the technical roadmap and ensure the timely delivery and effectiveness of Salesforce CRM and Marketo solutions.
  • Team Development: Foster a high-performing, high-engagement team culture. Coach and develop direct reports and individual contributors, maintaining high performance standards. Help colleagues “enjoy the ride,” one of our core guiding principles.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the operational delivery of sales systems development projects, ensuring timely and efficient processes. Implement a metrics framework to track capacity, performance, and delivery using tools like Jira and Airtable.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as an ally and partner to colleagues in sibling functions globally, making balanced decisions and providing insights. Demonstrate a balanced, reasoned approach to conflict or differing priorities
  • Product Knowledge: Gain deep knowledge of the Highspot product and its integration with other systems. Provide training, guidance, and best practices to customers and the team.

Required Qualifications

  • 14+ years in application development and technology delivery with enterprise and strategic customers, involving many stakeholders to deliver high-quality results on time.
  • 8+ years in leading high-performing teams, including managing managers.
  • Strong experience with SaaS products and Salesforce architecture and administration.
  • Proven executive leadership and decision-making abilities with a track record of framing organizational design around an ever-expanding global team.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating a vision internally and externally.
  • Strong execution skills with the ability to drive action and accountability. Proven ability to define and optimize processes.
  • Ability to identify root causes, advocate for features/functionality to eliminate churn, and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on possibilities and not obstacles.
  • Proven ability to work in matrixed, global teams, navigating complexities across geographies and time zones. Familiarity with SaaS businesses, metrics, goals, and challenges.
