About the Role
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations, the Director, Revenue Operations - Platforms, will be responsible for leading our internal Platforms team which is comprised of SFDC Admins, GTM Tools as well as our Platforms Program Manager.
The Revenue Operations team at Highspot is at the intersection of Marketing, Account Development, Sales, Services, Finance, and Accounting. Revenue Operations encompasses Platforms, Operations and Deal Strategy. The Revenue Operations team focuses on managing, implementing, and optimizing GTM systems, process and data. We own the GTM operations strategy, framing, evaluation, implementation, administration, infrastructure, and security.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will take an innovative and creative approach to designing processes and delivering solutions. This person will have the ability to quickly pivot between brainstorming, strategy, and execution when partnering with our GTM teams. They will be resourceful and tenacious when working cross-functionally to recognize what is known about a situation, what more needs to be known, and how best to obtain the relevant and accurate information needed to achieve the desired outcome. What You'll Do

  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize the suite of tools and technologies used by our GTM teams to foster operational efficiency and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive roadmap of strategic initiatives, using a systematic approach to balance immediate requirements with our long-term strategic vision.
  • Serve as an internal technical authority and consultant, ensuring the administration and optimization of our sales and marketing tech stack, including Marketo and Salesforce, aligns with the business needs.
  • Partner effectively with our internal teams to design and implement end to end streamlined workflows for reps, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional internal presence and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Exude a strong and professional external presence, representing highspot in interactions with partners, vendors and the broader industry.
  • Leverage Salesforce CPQ expertise to support GTM team activities, contributing to the enhancement of our processes (preferred).
  • Design and maintain systems to monitor performance against KPIs; engage all platform teams in evaluating performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Serving in primary coordination role in monthly releases, including planning, scheduling, coordinating, and helping to complete QA activities (in conjunction with relevant platform teams)

Your Background

  • A minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in B2B SaaS with a focus area of Platforms, Tech Strategy, SFDC Administration within a SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated experience in evaluating, implementing and optimizing tools and technologies used by GTM teams.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with the sales and marketing tech stack, including Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and Marketo, with the technical ability to administer and refine these tools to meet business needs.
  • Proven capacity to partner effectively with internal teams to design and implement streamlined workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance and prioritize immediate requests with long-term strategic objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to project a strong internal presence.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and processes is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of resilience, tenacity, and a “get it done” attitude, thriving under pressure while staying focused on delivering results.
Base salary range: $156,522 - $234,783. Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms of compensation.
The above represents total expected compensation for this role. Actual compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to, location, experience, and job qualifications.
