We’re looking for a passionate and people-focused Employee Experience Specialist to help bring our culture to life and make our company one of the best places in the world to work. With 1,200+ employees across multiple countries, ensuring our people feel engaged, supported, and connected is core to how we grow.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with our global Employee Experience team to activate programs locally in India, support engagement and recognition initiatives, and help create meaningful employee moments throughout the employee lifecycle. You’ll thrive here if you’re proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently to bring ideas to life.

What You’ll Do

Execute Employee Engagement & Cultural Programs
Coordinate and deliver impactful events, campaigns, and initiatives that foster connection, recognition, and inclusion within the Bangalore office.

Partner with Workplace and EX teams to bring global engagement, culture, and recognition programs to life locally — including all-hands, corporate giving and volunteering, milestone celebrations, appreciation days, and cultural activations. Ensure initiatives are executed seamlessly, align with company values, and help strengthen community and belonging.

Be the Voice on the Ground
Gather employee feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and surface insights to help shape programs that reflect local culture and needs. Actively drive employee engagement and involvement by promoting programs, encouraging participation, and building excitement around initiatives. Be a champion for our values and create a strong sense of community within the Bangalore office.

Host New Hire Onboarding & Be a Liaison for New Employees
Lead local onboarding sessions and create a warm, welcoming experience for new hires. Serve as a key point of contact to help them navigate their first weeks, connect to resources, and feel part of the company culture from day one. Partner with global and regional teams to ensure a consistent and engaging onboarding experience.

Bring a Data-Driven & Detail-Oriented Approach to Program Operations

Apply precision and strong attention to detail in planning, execution, and follow-through. Align with engagement calendars, track participation metrics, and use data, surveys, and feedback to guide decisions and measure success. Support reporting and continuous improvement efforts, staying adaptable in a fast-changing environment while keeping employees at the center.

Own Local Execution and Collaborate Across Teams
Manage programs with minimal supervision, ensuring smooth execution and clear communication with vendors and global partners. Partner closely with Workplace, HR, and Employee Communications to deliver a cohesive employee experience that reflects our values and culture.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–5 years of experience in Employee Experience, HR, Workplace, Events, or related roles.
  • A passion for building community and creating meaningful employee moments.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
    A collaborative and proactive mindset — comfortable working with both local and global teams.
  • Comfort with data and feedback to inform improvements.
  • Experience in fast-paced tech or SaaS environments is a plus.
