Position Summary

As our Senior Manager, Employee Experience, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of programs that shape how employees feel, connect, and grow at our company. Your work will touch every stage of the employee journey — from onboarding to development, engagement, and culture — ensuring that our people feel valued, supported, and inspired to do their best work.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and own the company’s employee experience strategy, aligned to our mission, values, and business goals.
-Design and implement programs that enhance engagement, belonging, and wellbeing.
-Partner with HR, internal communications, Culture&Belonging, and leadership to ensure a seamless, people-centered journey from hire to retire.
-Lead and analyze employee feedback mechanisms (surveys, focus groups, listening sessions) to inform and continuously improve initiatives.
-Champion culture and recognition programs that celebrate and reinforce our values.
-Collaborate on workspace and digital experience projects to ensure environments that support connection and productivity.
- Use data and insights to measure the impact of employee experience initiatives and present to executive leadership.

About You:

-6-10+ years in HR, culture, or employee engagement roles, including leadership experience.
-Passionate about building inclusive, purpose-driven workplaces.
-Strong communicator and relationship-builder across all levels of the organization.
-Data-driven and curious: you seek out feedback and turn insights into action.
-Comfortable leading change and influencing without direct authority.

Work Location

This role is hybrid but it requires you to be physically based in our San Francisco, CA Global HQ three days a week.

Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay rate include your specific skills, experience, qualifications, location, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to the base salary, certain roles may qualify for a performance-based incentive and/or equity, with eligibility depending on the position. These rewards are based on a combination of company performance and individual achievements. The Hiring Range For This Position Is $111,000 - $164,000.
