What You’ll Do:
- Drive full-cycle recruitment for tech & non-tech roles - sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring execution.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, headhunting, and passive sourcing.
- Manage interview scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain data and candidate records in Lever ATS accurately.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand role requirements and deliver timely hiring outcomes.
- Cold call and cold email several outbound candidates in addition to pipeline management.

- Consistent delivery of quality hires within timelines for assigned roles.
- Healthy pipeline and reduced time-to-fill through proactive sourcing.
- Clear communication and smooth coordination across teams and candidates.
- ATS data is accurate, up-to-date, and used to derive insights for process improvements.
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
- 2 - 4 years of recruiting experience with hands-on sourcing, screening, interview coordination.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, passive sourcing, headhunting.
- Comfortable using an ATS (preferably Lever) for tracking and reporting hiring metrics.
- Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and a data-driven mindset.
