Gushwork builds AI Agents that help small and medium businesses automate their entire inbound marketing stack — from SEO and website content to reviews, blogs, and lead funnels.
In plain English: we’re replacing bloated marketing agencies with intelligent, always-on software.
Raised $10M - backed by Lightspeed, SIG, Beenext, and B Capital, Gushwork is one of the fastest-growing AI companies globally.

What You’ll Do

  • Product Analytics & Insights
  • Instrument, analyze, and deeply understand how users engage with our features and workflows.
  • Build dashboards to track activation, adoption, retention, and feature-level performance.
  • Surface actionable insights to product, engineering, sales, and growth to drive roadmap decisions.
  • Define success metrics for every launch; monitor them rigorously and iterate to improve them.
  • No-Code Product Building & Rapid Prototyping
  • Build mini-features, workflows, and internal tools using no-code/low-code platforms (Lovable, Emergent, Softr, Retool, Bubble, etc.).
  • Unblock sales, growth, RevOps, and customer success teams by shipping fast, scrappy solutions.
  • Own the end-to-end of these makeshift products — scoping, prototyping, deploying, maintaining.
  • Transition successful prototypes into engineering projects once we build conviction.
  • Automations & Internal Systems
  • Set up and maintain reliable automations using n8n, Zapier, Slack workflows, and internal APIs.
  • Instrument alerts, data movement, workflow triggers, and system-level checks.
  • Build internal “glue logic” between product, CRM, support, analytics, and marketing systems.
  • Continuously improve operational efficiency by eliminating manual work across teams.
  • Product Operations & Process Ownership
  • Own migration plans when moving users to new features or systems — comms, timelines, execution, QA.
  • Build and maintain Kanban-style process boards for product operations; drive team discipline and clarity.
  • Document processes, create SOPs, and ensure cross-functional teams follow consistent workflows.
  • Ensure smooth enablement for sales, onboarding, support, and customer success for every launch and major change.
  • Launch & Rollout Execution
  • Partner with PMs and Eng to take new features from beta → rollout → full launch.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure readiness: documentation, dashboards, internal comms, automations, and migration tasks.
  • Track rollout performance; diagnose friction; push through fixes or interim no-code solutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Required / Must-Have
  • 2–4+ years of experience in product, growth, ops, or automation roles in B2B SaaS / tech.
  • Strong analytical foundation — comfortable with dashboards, cohort analysis, funnel tracing, SQL/notebooks (or willingness to learn fast).
  • Hands-on experience with no-code / low-code tools (Lovable, Emergent, Retool).
  • Deep proficiency in automations: n8n, Zapier, Slack workflows, API connectors, webhooks.
  • Proven ability to ship scrappy internal tools or workflows that unblock GTM teams.
  • Comfort with ambiguous problem statements and building structure from zero.
  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills (SOPs, migration plans, rollout docs).
  • Strong project ownership — ability to coordinate across sales, success, growth, and engineering.
  • Preferred / Nice-to-Have
  • Experience running user migrations, feature rollouts, or product ops processes end-to-end.
  • Familiarity with RevOps, CRM systems, analytics tools, and GTM workflows.
  • Prior experience in fast-paced startup environments with rapid prototyping cycles.
  • Basic understanding of scripting (JavaScript/Python) or API debugging.

What You’ll Get

  • Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus
  • Meaningful equity — you’ll be an early partner in our growth.
  • Access to all the tools, software, and resources (analytics, content, experiments, design, etc.)
  • Budget for professional development — courses, books, conferences.
  • Health benefits, flexible time off, wellness programs.
  • A fast-moving, high-autonomy environment where your voice is heard.
