Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to prospective clients across U.S. markets.
Qualify prospects and set appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to build relationships and nurture interest.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve or exceed daily and weekly activity targets (calls, connections, appointments booked).
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
Participate actively in team meetings, trainings, and performance reviews.
Require Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in B2B cold calling or appointment setting.
- Excellent spoken English and strong verbal communication skills.
- Confidence and professionalism when speaking with business owners or executives.
- Experience calling U.S.-based businesses is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with dialer tools (e.g., Aircall, PhoneBurner, or similar) and team communication platforms like Slack.
- Strong work ethic, coachability, and a competitive drive to succeed.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (EST).
