Key Responsibilities

Build and ship product features end-to-end across front-end and back-end systems.
Develop high-quality front-end experiences (UI, responsiveness, performance) using modern web frameworks.
Design, develop, and maintain back-end services/APIs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
Own integration between client, server, and data layers to deliver a seamless user experience.
Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to deliver features that drive measurable customer outcomes (organic traffic and revenue).
Write clean, testable code and contribute to engineering best practices (reviews, documentation, CI/CD hygiene).

Required Qualifications

2–7 years of professional software development experience.
Strong experience in full-stack development with proven expertise in both:
Front-end development (e.g., React, Nextjs)
Back-end development (e.g., Node.js and/or Python)
Solid understanding of building and integrating REST/HTTP APIs (and/or other service interfaces).
Database experience in SQL and Non-SQL Databases
Testing Frameworks - Unit Testing, E2E Testing
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with scalable system design, performance optimization, and production debugging.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work full-time, on-site in Bengaluru.

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of Cloud Services like AWS, GCP and Azure
Understanding of LLM behaviour and Prompt Engineering
Experience with LLM Evaluation Setups
